Four suspects charged over '£115,000 heroin and crack cocaine bust'

The class A drugs were said to have been discovered during a raid on a property in Aberdeen’s Victoria Road on Wednesday.

Four suspects have been charged in connection with the alleged seizure of more than £100,000 worth of heroin and crack cocaine.

The class A drugs were said to have been discovered during a raid on a property in Aberdeen’s Victoria Road on Wednesday.

Police said the haul had a potential street value of around £115,000.

Three men – aged 22, 22 and 44 – and a 36-year-old woman were arrested and charged in connection with the incident.

They are due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Thursday.

Detective sergeant Sam Harris said: “This significant recovery reinforces our determination to target serious and organised crime.

“We are committed to disrupting the illicit supply of drugs in our communities and we will use every tool and tactic at our disposal to remove these illegal substances from our streets.”
