Four due in court after Class A drugs worth over £100,000 seized

Four men have been charged following the recovery of more than £100,000 of Class A drugs in Aberdeen.

On Monday, June 19, police officers executed a warrant at an address on Waulkmill Crescent in the city.

Cocaine, crack cocaine and heroin with an estimated street value of over £105,000 was seized during the raid.

The men, aged 26, 27, 51 and 52, are due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Tuesday, June 20.

Detective inspector Robin Sim said: “Drugs cause misery in our communities and we are committed to disrupting their supply.

“This operation underlines our commitment to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country’s Serious Organised Crime Strategy.

“Anyone with information or concerns about drugs should contact us on 101, or make a call anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
