A Fife paper mill has suffered damage for the second time in 12 months following a fire.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was called to a fire that had broken out within a small area of the waste yard at the site on Glenwood Road in Leslie around 12.27pm on Monday.
Four fire engines were sent to the scene, where crews worked on bringing the incident under control overnight.
The fire was eventually extinguished on Tuesday afternoon.
Fourstones Paper Mill, which operates the site, said all staff remained safe throughout the incident and that appropriate procedures were followed.

Fire crews left the scene around 12.50pm on Tuesday after making the area safe.
There were no reports of any casualties.
The incident marked the second fire at Sapphire Paper Mill in a year.
Last December, 13 fire engines and four specialist units were called to the 13-hectare site, where there was significant damage to one of the main buildings.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 12.27pm on Monday, November 10, to reports of a fire at a commercial building on Glenwood Road, Leslie, near Glenrothes in Fife.
“Operations Control mobilised four appliances to the scene, where firefighters extinguished the fire.
“There were no reports of any casualties, and crews left the scene today, November 11, at 12.50pm after ensuring it was safe.”
