Fire crews have battled an Aberdeen flat blaze into the early hours.
Emergency services were called to the building on the city’s Ferrier Crescent at around 10.12pm on Tuesday.
A video of the incident shared on social media shows bright orange flames bursting from a window on the top floor.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service sent six appliances and special resources to the scene.
The last engine left the area at around 3.27am on Wednesday.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.25pm on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, we received a report of a fire at Ferrier Crescent, Aberdeen. The building was evacuated as a precaution. There were no reports of any injuries. The fire is not being treated as suspicious.”
