Emergency services were called to a flat in Dundee after a blaze took hold during the early hours of Monday morning.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was alerted to the incident at around 12.50am in the city’s Hilltown.
Three engines and a height appliance attended the scene. Fire crews extinguished the flames and left the area after making it safe at around 2.32am
There were no reported injuries.
An image from the scene shows crews directing water towards an upper-floor window as smoke billows out of it.
