A man has been charged after a cyclist was knocked down by a car in Fife.
Emergency services were called to City Road in St Andrews following reports of a collision involving a car and bicycle at around 5.55pm on Sunday.
The male cyclist was not taken to hospital for any treatment. Officers charged the male driver in connection with the incident.
A report is due to be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5.55pm on Sunday, September 14, 2025, we received a report of a crash involving a car and a cyclist on City Road, St Andrews.
“The male cyclist did not require hospital treatment.
“The male driver of the car has been charged in connection and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
