A group of raffle winners got more than they expected when their RNLI lifeboat trip was joined by a pod of dolphins near Broughty Ferry.
Dr Rebecca Carrotte captured the magical moment while on the Broughty Ferry Lifeboat in the River Tay on Tuesday.
She was one of the guests of Jo, who had won the private trip through an RNLI raffle that raised around £2,000.
Dr Carrotte shared the video on social media, saying the mammals appeared to be jumping around five metres into the air.
The pod was seen leaping out of the water and racing alongside the boat, putting on a “spectacular” show for the group.
