The death of a woman discovered in a home in Aberdeen is being treated as unexplained.
Emergency services were called to a property near to Camperdown Road at around 6.50pm on Wednesday following reports of a woman taken ill.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives are treating the incident as unexplained but not suspicious.
A report is due to be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.50pm on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, we received a report of a woman taken ill at an address near Camperdown Road, Aberdeen.
“Emergency services attended but the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
“The death is being treated as unexplained but not believed to be suspicious.
“A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.”
