Police say “concerns are growing” for the welfare of a woman who was reported missing from the Bridge of Earn on Wednesday.

Shannon Beattie was last heard from at around 1.30pm and was then reported as missing.

The 30-year-old is white, around 5ft 10in tall, of slim build, with long brown hair. It is believed she is wearing a navy jacket, blue jeans, white trainers and carrying a canvas bag.

Sergeant James Buchanan said: “I would appeal to anyone who knows the whereabouts of Shannon to contact us as soon as possible as concern is growing for her welfare.

“She has links to Perth and Crieff and may have travelled there.

“Shannon, if you see this appeal, please contact us so we know that you are safe and well.”

Those with information are urged to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 1586 of January 14, 2026.
