CCTV appeal after man left seriously injured in assault outside nightclub

An image has been released of a man police believe may be able to assist them with their investigation into a serious assault in Perth.

Around 12.40am, on Sunday, February 22, 2026, a 40-year-old man sustained serious injuries following an incident outside a nightclub on St John’s Place in Perth.

The man police believe may be able to assist them, is described as a white male, 5ft11, aged in his early 20s with a medium build. He had short brown hair and was wearing a white T-shirt, dark quarter zip jumper, pale blue jeans and white shoes

Constable Rory Dickson said: “Officers have carried out extensive enquiries in relation this investigation. I would encourage this man, or anyone who may recognise him, to contact us.”
