Body found in police search for man missing after Stereophonics concert in Aberdeen Police Scotland

A body has been found in the search for a man who went missing after attending a Stereophonics concert in Aberdeen.

Police made the discovery in the Kirkhill Forest area of Dyce on Tuesday morning.

Formal identification has yet to take place but the family of 40-year-old Ross Scaife has been informed.

Mr Scaife was reported missing on Sunday after he was last seen at the Aloft TECA Hotel at around 11.55pm on Sunday.

He had previously attended the Stereophonics concert at the city’s P&J Live arena.

The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
