Royal Aberdeen Children's HospitalA man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a baby in Aberdeen.
The two-month-old boy was found injured in the early hours of June 11 last year.
He was taken to the Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital, where he died a short time later.
Dennis Darcy, from Aberdeenshire, has appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court charged with one count of murder. The 33-year-old made no plea.
He was granted bail, with his next court appearance date to be confirmed.
