The bendy bus is set to make its final trip through Aberdeen.
Articulated buses have been a common sight in the Granite City for 33 years, operating on the 1 and 2 routes connecting the Bridge of Don and the Bridge of Dee.
The services are popular among students at Aberdeen University and Robert Gordon University using public transport to reach the city centre.
Articulated buses were introduced across the UK as an alternative to the double-decker, however, many operators have discontinued the vehicles due to maintenance costs.
First Bus has confirmed that the bendy bus will be coming off the road at the end of the day on Thursday (March 26).
A spokesperson said: “We can confirm the last bendy buses operating in our First Bus fleet in Aberdeen will be coming off the road at the end of today. They are operating on Service 1 and Service 2 throughout today.”
