Police have closed part of the A90 due to a two-vehicle crash.
Emergency services were called to the road between Fraserburgh and Rathen around 6.40am on Thursday.
The road has been closed in both directions, and drivers are being urged to avoid the area.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “The A90 is closed between Fraserburgh and Rathen following a two-vehicle crash around 6.40am on Thursday, April 2.
“A diversion is in place and road users are advised to avoid the area.”
