The A90 has been closed and one person has been injured following a three-vehicle crash in Angus.
Emergency services were alerted to the incident on the southbound carriageway near Tealing at around 3.13pm on Tuesday.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service sent three fire engines and specialist resources to the scene.
One person was passed into the care of the Scottish Ambulance Service for treatment. Officers have closed the section of road heading southbound.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 3.13pm on Tuesday, August 26, to reports of a collision involving three vehicles on the southbound carriageway of the A90 near to Tealing, Dundee.
“Operations Control mobilised three fire appliances and specialist resources to the area and firefighters assisted emergency service partners.
“One casualty was in the care of the Scottish Ambulance Service and crews are currently still at the scene.”
Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance Service has been contacted for comment.
