Police ScotlandTwo men have been taken to hospital and arrested following an alleged street attack in the Highlands.
Emergency services were called to Invergordon’s High Street at around 1.30am on Thursday following reports of a disturbance.
Two men, aged 35 and 38, were taken to hospital for treatment. They were both then arrested in connection with serious assault.
An investigation is ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers were called to a report of a disturbance at High Street, Invergordon, around 1.30am on Thursday, 6 February, 2025.
“An 38-year-old man and a 35-year-old man were taken to hospital for treatment.
“Both were arrested in connection with serious assault and enquiries are ongoing.”
