Two lorry drivers have been charged following a crash on the A82 in the Highlands.

Emergency services were called to the crash involving a car and two lorries on the road near South Laggan, south of Invergarry, at around 4.20pm on Wednesday.

A passenger in the car was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Officers confirmed both lorry drivers, a 36-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman, were charged in connection with a driving offence.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 4.20pm on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, we were called to a report of a crash involving two lorries and a car on the A82 near South Laggan.

“Emergency services attended and a passenger in the car was taken to hospital.

“The drivers of both lorries, a 36-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman, were charged in connection with a driving offence.

“A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
