Two people have been left in hospital and a man has been arrested after a two-car crash in the Highlands.
Emergency crews were called to the scene on the A82 south of Glencoe at around 7.45am on Tuesday.
Two people were taken to hospital for treatment. Their condition is currently unknown.
The A82 was closed in both directions for around two hours after the crash, before being reopened around 9.06am.
A 46-year-old man, one of the drivers, was arrested and charged in connection with a road traffic offence.
He is due to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 7.45am on Tuesday, August 1, to a report of a two-car crash on the A82 south of Glencoe village.
“Emergency services attended and two people were taken to hospital for treatment.
“A 46-year-old man, one of the drivers, was arrested and charged in connection with a road traffic offence and due to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court on Wednesday, August 2.”
