Two drivers in hospital after crash at industrial estate

Two drivers are in hospital after a crash at an industrial estate in Shetland.

Emergency services were called to the scene in Lerwick on Tuesday morning around 6.45am to reports of the two-vehicle crash.

The incident occurred at north Gremista industrial estate and both drivers were rushed to hospital by ambulance.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.45am on Tuesday, October 10, police were called to a report of a two-vehicle road crash at north Gremista industrial estate.

“Police and Ambulance attended and both drivers have been taken to hospital.”
