JasperImageA suspect has been arrested after a man died inside an Inverness home on Thursday.
Emergency services were called to the Strathspey Place property at around 8.30am.
Medical crews pronounced a 32-year-old man dead at the scene. Officers have arrested a 52-year-old man in connection with the incident.
Enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the death are ongoing.
Detective Inspector Caroline MacKay said: “A 52-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death and extensive enquiries are ongoing.
“Additional patrols are being carried out in the area to provide public reassurance and anyone with concerns should speak to officers.”
