A search is under way for a missing man from the Highlands last seen carrying a large Ikea bag containing clothes.

Christopher Davis was last seen about 7am on Wednesday, March 12 when he left his home address in the village of Avoch.

The 27-year-old is described as about 6 feet tall, with long dark hair.

He was wearing a grey jacket and white trainers and in possession of a large Ikea bag containing clothes.

It is believed he may be camping in the Culloden area of Inverness.

A Police Scotland statement read: “We are appealing for help regarding the whereabouts of 27-year-old Christopher Davis.

“Christopher was last seen about 7.00am on March 12, 2025, when he left his home address in Avoch.

“Christopher is described as about 6 feet tall, with long dark hair.

“He was wearing a grey jacket and white trainers and in possession of a large Ikea bag containing clothing.

“It is believed Christopher may be camping in the Culloden area of Inverness.

“Anyone with information is requested to contact us immediately on 101 or via https://orlo.uk/kzhax PS-20250312-3333 refers.”
