Google MapsA search has been launched for a German or Austrian couple following a disturbance at a campsite in the Highlands.
The man and woman were involved in an incident near to the entrance of Sunnyside Croft Camping Site, in the Bunacaimb area of Arisaig, around 3pm on September 3.
Investigations so far have indicated that the may be German or Austrian and are believed to be staying in the Morar area, Police Scotland said.
The woman is described as being in her mid-40s, with blonde hair tied up, wearing a green jacket and a red rucksack.
The man is described as being in his mid-40s, wearing dark or khaki clothing, wearing a green woollen hat and a dark rucksack.
Police are investigating the full circumstances of the incident and are appealing for anyone with information or any knowledge of the individuals involved to call 101, quoting incident 2188 of September 3, 2024.
