CCTV images of a man believed to be connected to a serious assault in Inverness last year have been released to the public.
A victim was left seriously injured after the assault on High Street in the city on Saturday May 14, 2022. The attack occurred around 11pm.
The male, sought by officers, is thought to be in his late twenties, with an average build and short dark hair. In the image, the man is wearing a white top, dark trousers and white trainers.
A Police Scotland statement said: “Anyone who recognises the man in the image or who has any information regarding the incident is asked to contact Police Scotland, quoting incident number 1667 of May 16, 2022.
“Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111 where information can be given anonymously.”
