An 83-year-old woman who had disappeared from her home in the Highlands has been traced.
Helen Reid had gone missing overnight after last being seen at her home in Railway Terrace, Aviemore, at 10.30am on Friday.
But the pensioner has now been found “safe and well”.
A Police Scotland statement said: “We can confirm Helen Reid, 83, who had been reported missing from Aviemore has been traced safe and well.
“Thank you to everyone who shared or has otherwise assisted with the earlier appeal for information.”
