Police are appealing for information after a school was broken into in the Highlands.
The incident took place on Kenneth Street in Inverness between 4.30pm on Friday and 7.45am on Monday.
A window at the premises was smashed allowing a person to gain entry to the building.
Officers investigating the break-in believe the intruder may have injured themselves and ripped their clothing on the shards of glass.
Enquiries are ongoing to establish if anything was taken.
Detective Sergeant Duncan Jones said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have anyone acting suspiciously in the area to get in touch.
“Think back to the weekend – did you notice anyone with unusual blood-stained clothing? If so, please get in touch.”
Anyone with information, CCTV or doorbell footage is asked to call Police Scotland on 101.
