People living on the Orkney Islands are being urged not to travel as multiple roads on the archipelago have been blocked by snow.
Police Scotland said the A964, which connects Kirkwall to the West Mainland, is closed and the A965 is badly affected.
The A967 is also blocked due to a vehicle stuck in the snow near to Voy, around 300 yards north of the junction with the B9056, which heads towards Yesnaby and Skaill.
Road users are being advised that the road is not passable and they should avoid the area until recovery can be arranged.
Police Scotland said the roads might not be re-opened until Sunday.
