A man has been charged after a collision between a ScotRail service and a car on a level-crossing.
On January 31 at around 1.30pm a car was struck by a train at a level crossing in the Highlands on the line between Inverness and Nairn.
No one was injured, but ScotRail cancelled trains between Aberdeen and Inverness.
The British Transport Police has confirmed that a 49-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of dangerous driving and has since been charged.
