A Highland estate with a fishing loch and bothy has gone on the market for offers over £5m.
Allangrange House is a ten-bed detached neo-Georgian mansion on the Black Isle dating from the early 1800s.
The house was extensively remodelled in 1908 by architect William Laidlaw Carruthers.

Since the current owners acquired the property, they have done extensive work to remove asbestos and remodel the gardens.
Allangrange House was previously home to botanical artist Elizabeth Cameron.
Alongside the main house, the listing also includes the Gate Keepers Lodge, three Edwardian stables cottages, a shooting bothy, an equestrian area and stables, a trout fishing loch and lodge, a garage, and several animal holdings.
Set in 275 acres, the grounds feature landscaped gardens around the house along with forestry and woodland.

The estate is located close to the A9 and is two miles southwest of Munlochy and four miles north of Inverness.
There is a large Highland sports offering in the area, including stalking, and grouse and pheasant shooting.
The area also offers salmon finishing, the rivers Conon and Beauly are the closest, with the Spey, Findhorn, Corron or Oykel all reachable within an hour.
