Girl, 14, missing on Isle of Skye after running away from family member

Police are searching for a teenage girl who has gone missing on the Isle of Skye after running away from a family member.

Ella Wright was last seen near the A850 at Clachamish around 3.35pm on Thursday.

The 14-year-old is described as white, of slim build, with long light brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a purple fleece, khaki green trousers, walking boots and was carrying a yellow rucksack.

Anyone who has seen Ella or has any information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 2080 of March 19, 2026.
