Four people have been rushed to hospital after a two car crash on the A82.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the incident on the road between Spean Bridge to Invergarry road near Glen Gloy.
The incident occurred around 2.40pm on Saturday.
Emergency services were called and a 54-year-old woman, the driver of a black Toyota Rav 4, was taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness.
The 77-year-old female passenger was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow.
Both are described by medical staff as being in a stable condition.
The 35-year-old female driver and 37-year-old male passenger of the white Seat Ateca were also taken to Belford Hospital in Fort William for treatment.
Constable Mackay said: “Our enquiries into the full circumstances of the crash are continuing and I’m appealing to anyone with information that could assist to please get in touch.
“In particular, if you saw the vehicles before the crash or have dash-cam footage of the area at the time, please contact us.
“Anyone who can assist is asked to call Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference 1828 of October 21, 2023.”
