The A82 has been shut to drivers after a crash involving a car and a tractor.
Emergency services were called to the scene near Fort Augustus around 8.30am on Friday.
The road is currently closed in both directions.
There is no detail of any injuries at this stage however drivers have been urged to avoid the road.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8.30am on Friday, March 17, we were called to a report of a crash involving a car and a tractor.
“Emergency services are at the scene. The road is currently closed.”
