Police are investigating the beheading of a deer near a cemetery in the Highlands.
Officers were made aware of the dead animal in a woodland area near to Torvean cemetery in Inverness at the weekend.
Police are keen to speak to anyone with any information about the incident or with anyone who may have witnessed someone “acting suspiciously” in the area.
