Part of the A9 has been restricted in both directions after a crash in the Highlands.

Traffic Scotland confirmed the road was restricted just south of Aviemore at Kincraig on Tuesday evening.

Emergency services are in attendance.

It has not yet been confirmed how many vehicles were involved in the crash.

Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
