Part of the A9 has been closed following a three-vehicle crash in the Highlands.

Emergency services were alerted to the crash on the northbound carriageway near the junction with the A86 at Kingussie around 2pm on Sunday.

Police confirmed three-vehicles were involved in the collision.

Drivers have been advised to use alternative routes.

Police Scotland has been contacted for further comment.
