An Edinburgh City striker is swapping the training pitch for the Love Island villa this summer.

Ouzy See, from Edinburgh, is set to enter Casa Amor in a bid to lead the girls astray.

The 28-year-old currently plays for Scottish League One side Edinburgh City, and his club have offered some words of encouragement ahead of his entrance to the ITV2 show.

Writing on Twitter, the club wrote: “We want to with our striker @ouzysee all the best in the Love Island House.

“Behave yourself big man aye?”

See scored six goals in all competitions last season as his side finished sixth in League One.

His involvement in the show could impact his start to the season with Edinburgh City set to kick off their Viaplay Cup group stage against Kelty Hearts on July 19.

The striker becomes the third Scot to enter the Love Island villa so far, following Ella Thomas and Mal Nicol.
