Music legend Neil Young to perform at Glasgow's summer sessions during world tour

Music icon Neil Young is to take to the stage at Glasgow’s Bellahouston Park next summer as part of an upcoming world tour.

The three-time Grammy-winning Canadian singer-songwriter will perform as part of the city’s summer sessions festival on June 29.

The Rock Hall of Famer will be performing classics such as Heart of Gold, Rockin’ in the Free World and Old Man, as well as newer tracks from him and the Chrome Hearts.

Support comes from fellow music legend Elvis Costello, widely considered to be one of the greatest songwriters of all time.

General sale for the concert begins on November 28.
