@ameliadimzLewis Capaldi is set to appear on Chicken Shop Date at Glasgow’s iconic Blue Lagoon chippy.
Host Amelia Dimoldenberg teased the new episode before sharing a picture with the Bathgate singer.
The format sees deadpan, comedic interviewer Dimoldenberg grill her famous guests while they eat fried chicken on their ‘date’.
Fans had speculated that Capaldi may make an appearance on the series after Dimoldenberg shared an images outside Glasgow’s Grand Central Hotel and asked who they thought she was on a ‘date’ with.
Previous guests of the Chicken Shop Date include the 1975’s Matty Healy, Shania Twain, Keke Palmer and Daniel Kaluuya.
Capaldi is currently in the US for the North American leg of his World Tour.
The Chicken Shop Date episode is out on Friday.
