An institution of the Glasgow nightclub scene could be making a comeback under a new name – months after it closed its doors after 26 years.
The Shed, on Langside Avenue in Shawlands, first opened in 1998 and welcomed thousands of partygoers through its doors over the years.
In August, owner Michele Pagliocca announced the decision to close The Shed, branding the move “incredibly difficult”.
The nightclub closed its doors for the final time in September and has appeared to have been empty ever since.
However, social media pages, formerly owned by The Shed, under the name The Marlborough have now popped up.
A post shared on Facebook and Instagram read: “We’ve heard the whispers, we’re sure you have too, but it won’t be long now…
“Marlborough nights coming soon.”
