Beyonce has announced a string of shows around the globe for her Renaissance world tour, including one date in the Scottish capital.
The singer announced the news on her Instagram on Wednesday with the caption: “RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR 2023.”
The 41-year-old global superstar will bring the anticipated show to Scotland after she kicks off the tour with a European and UK leg.
The ‘Break My Soul’ singer is set to play Edinburgh’s Murrayfield stadium, which has a capacity to welcome more than 67,000 fans, on May 20, 2023.
She will also play Cardiff’s Principality Stadium on May 17 and Sunderland’s Stadium of Light on May 23 before two London dates on May 29 and 30 at Tottenham Hotspur stadium.
Beyonce has not yet announced when tickets will be on sale, with her website only sharing that it will be “soon”.
Her seventh studio album Renaissance was released in August 2022 which was her first solo offering in six years following the release of the critically acclaimed Lemonade in 2016.
