Google MapsA pedestrian is in hospital after a collision involving “multiple vehicles” on a motorway in Falkirk.
Emergency crews were called to the M876 near Larbert at around 4.20pm on Monday.
The female pedestrian has been taken to hospital for treatment, where her condition remains unknown.
Traffic Scotland said the motorway has been closed at junction six, and the closure was still in place as of 9pm on Monday.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of a collision on the M876 near Larbert involving a female pedestrian and multiple vehicles around 4.20pm on Monday, August 21, 2023.
“The pedestrian has been taken to hospital for treatment and the road currently remains closed.”
