A woman has appeared in court after drugs worth over a total of £57,000 were seized in Grangemouth.
Police raided a property in Bute Place on Tuesday where cannabis worth £2,300 was found along with Valium worth up to £55,000.
A 33-year-old woman was later arrested and charged in connection to the incident and made a first appearance before Falkirk Sheriff Court on Wednesday in connection to drug offences.
Sergeant David Bellingham said: “This work has resulted in a significant amount of drugs being seized which will no longer end up on our streets. It underlines our commitment to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country’s Serious Organised Crime Strategy.
“Anyone who has concerns regarding drug misuse in their area should report this to police via 101.”
