A woman has been charged over a crash which led to the death of a horse in West Lothian.
The 34-year-old was arrested by police following the crash on a rural road to Armadale near the B8028 at Avonbridge at around 5.15pm on September 16.
The horse had to be euthanized after the incident, however no people were injured.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.”
