Surfers on electric boards have caught the moment a dolphin swam and played alongside them under the Forth Bridge.
The group, from eFoil Scotland, a watersports company based in Edinburgh and Fife, were overjoyed when the animal appeared next to them on Wednesday.
The eFoilers are seen relaxing in the water under the iconic bridge while the “star of the show” swims around and underneath them.
The animal took a liking to one particular member of the group, playfully investigating the man’s wetsuit boot.
EFoil ScotlandShortly after sharing the video, the company shared a second showing the dolphin greeting another group during their excursion.
The company joked: “Sometimes on this page we do post eFoiling videos…. Except when dolphins are here.”
EFoil ScotlandIt comes just weeks after a group of kayakers had an encounter with a dolphin at the same spot.
The group from Driftwood Adventure, an outdoor company based in Edinburgh, were stunned when the “unexpected visitor” swam in between them on October 18.
The dolphin joined the group for around 20 minutes as they were paddling at South Queensferry.
The clip, posted to Facebook, has been viewed over 500,000 times.
