Two men and a woman have been taken to hospital after a car and van caught fire following a collision in Falkirk.
The crash, which involved a white Citroen Nemo van, a grey Suzuki SX4 and a black Hyundai Tucson, occurred around 9.30pm on Friday night on Beancross Road in Grangemouth.
Following the three-vehicle collision, the van and Suzuki car caught fire.
A 29-year-old man who was driving the van and a 32-year-old man who was driving the Suzuki were taken to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary after suffering “serious injuries”.
A 37-year-old woman who was driving the Hyundai Tucson was treated at Forth Valley Hospital.
Sergeant Fraser Easton said: “We are continuing our inquiries to establish the full circumstances.
“I would urge anyone who may have witnessed the crash and who has not already spoken to officers to get in touch.
“I would also appeal to anyone who was in the area at the time and who may have dash-cam footage which could assist to contact us.”
