Police ScotlandA teenager has been arrested and charged after an elderly woman was allegedly robbed of her car in Edinburgh.
The incident happened on Robert Burns Drive around 10pm on Tuesday, August 27.
The 88-year-old driver and her 93-year-old passenger were approached by a group of men while stopped near the junction with Mossgiel Walk.
The car was stolen before being later found abandoned in the Harlaw Reservoir car park.
Police have confirmed a 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection and is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Friday, August 30.
