A spate of jewellery and ceramic thefts from properties in a Clackmannshire village may be linked, police have warned.
The series of housebreakings occurred in Dollar over the past two months, with the most recent happening over the weekend.
Jewellery and ceramics were stolen from a house on Tarmangie Drive, which is thought to have occurred between 9.30am on Friday, April 24 and 7.30pm on Saturday, April 25.
It comes after a home on Strachan Crescent was targeted between 6.45am on Sunday, April 12 and 7.30pm on Monday, April 13 earlier this month. Jewellery was also taken from the property.
In March, two separate break-ins occurred on Castle Road, with the first happening between 10.30am on Saturday, March 7 and 5.15pm on Sunday, March 8.
The second incident happened around two weeks later on Wednesday, March 18, between 5.30pm and 9.45pm.
Officers are keeping an open mind whether the incidents are linked.
Police are urging local residents with relevant footage from CCTV, doorbell or dash-cams to contact officers.
Detective Sergeant Hannah Acheson said: “Our enquiries into these incidents are ongoing, and we would ask anyone who may have noticed anything suspicious in the Dollar area over the past two months to come forward.
“Anyone with private CCTV, doorbell or dash-cam footage from the relevant dates and locations is encouraged to review it and contact police if they believe it may assist our enquiries.
“I would like to remind residents to be vigilant and mindful of home security. Keep all windows and doors locked and consider installing doorbell cameras, security cameras and alarms.
“Additional security advice is available on the Police Scotland website, and we’d urge the community to report suspicious activity to the police as soon as possible.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 3364 of Saturday, April 25, 2026. Alternatively, information can be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
