Police have launched an urgent search appeal for Nancy Bremner, 76, and say significant concern has been raised.

Police say there is significant concern for a missing pensioner from Edinburgh.

Nancy Bremner was last seen in the Torrance Park area of the city around 3pm on Sunday with police issuing an urgent appeal to the public to help trace her.

The 76-year-old was described as being white, 5ft 1 and slim build, with should-length greying hair. When last seen, she was wearing a pink puffy coat, black jeans and black boots.

Officers say she is known to frequent the Corstorphine area of Edinburgh, including shops at Drumbrae, Glasgow Road and Corstorphine Road.

Inspector Kris Harvey said: “As time passes, our concern for Nancy continues to grow and we are asking for anyone who may have seen her, or has any information on her whereabouts to please come forward as soon as possible.

“You can contact police on 101, quoting incident 2160 of March 12, 2023.”
