Search underway for two teenage boys missing overnight in Fife Police Scotland

A major search is underway to trace two teenage boys who have been missing overnight in Fife.

The families of Georgi McGlashan and Kenny Lonie are growing increasingly concerned for their welfare.

The 13 and 14-year-old schoolboys were last seen in the Gallatown area of Kirkcaldy at around 9pm on Friday.

Police believe the pair are together and are appealing for anyone with information on their whereabouts to contact them as soon as possible.

Inspector Tony Rogers said : “We believe the missing teenagers are together and we are appealing for them to get in touch.

“We are becoming increasingly concerned for their welfare as it’s an extremely worrying time for their family and friends.

“I would urge anyone who has any information on their whereabouts or who has had contact with them to call Police Scotland on 101, quoting 3826 of 14 July, 2022.
