Search launched for 13-year-old schoolgirl Abi Huskie missing overnight in Falkirk Police Scotland

A search has been launched for a 13-year-old girl who has been missing overnight.

Abi Huskie was last seen in the Bainsford area of Falkirk on Wednesday morning.

The teenager, who may have been in and around the area of Westburn Avenue, Falkirk, later in the day, has not been seen since and there are growing concerns for her welfare.

Abi is described being of slim build, with long brown hair.

When last seen she was wearing a black body warmer, white shirt with Falkirk High School tie, v-neck jumper, black skirt, black tights and black trainers.

Inspector Alex Hatrick at Falkirk Police Station said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned about Abi and I would ask anyone who has seen her since she was reported missing or has any information which would help find Abi to contact Police on 101 and quote reference number PS-20220316-2898.”
