A search is under way for a missing 18-year-old who has not been seen in three nights.
Caitlin McPhee, from Edinburgh, was last seen in the city’s Craigmillar area at around 1.30pm on Sunday.
The teenager’s family and friends are now growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.
She is described as being around 5ft 5in with a heavy build and long black hair with blonde highlights.
When last seen she was wearing black Calvin Klein leggings with a CK logo on the side and a white jacket with fur around the hood.
Police are now appealing for the public’s assistance.
Inspector Gordon Duff, of Craigmillar Police Station, said: “Concerns are growing for Caitlin’s welfare and we are appealing for anyone who may have seen her since Sunday, or who has any information on her whereabouts, to get in touch.”
